Theobalds House Concert
– March 10, 2012 5:00 - 8:00 PM
|

PRONOUNCED "TIBBALTS" |
Bounding Main returns to
Chicago on March 10, 2012 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM for a house
concert at the home of our friends Andy and Sandra Howard.
These two play principal characters in the Guilde of
St. George at the Bristol Renaissance Faire and have been
supporters of ours for years. They have kindly invited
us to entertain in Theobalds, their home. The address
is 4154A W. Berteau Ave., Chicago, IL 60641.
For questions contact Andy at 773-368-5067 or email him at
BurghleyCecil@yahoo.com. You can also contact
Sandra at 773-793-0220 or email her at
Sandra.cm.howard@gmail.com. Their land line is
773-202-5030.A house
concert is an intimate event in a private home that is
supported by friends and fans through free-will donations
for the artists and pot-luck food for the hosts and other
guests. Since many of our friends in the area are
involved with historical reenactment or theater some may
want to wear costumes - we might or we might not.
Parking? On the street and very limited - carpooling
is recommended. Are kids invited? Sure.
Photos? Sure. Video? Set up beforehand and
don't get in anyone's way, please. CD Sales? You
bet. Autographs? On breaks and after the concert,
s'il vous plaît. Any other questions please
contact Andy or Sandra.

Singing at the Milwaukee Admirals Game
– Bradley Center, Milwaukee, WI -
April 15, 2012
|
|
Bounding Main will entertain
and sing The Star Spangled Banner at an exciting final home game of the
2011-2012 season of the Milwaukee Admirals. In past years
we received many compliments on our performance of the
national anthem from the Admiral's marketing staff as well
as many audience members.
Our pre-show
mini-concert will be performed at a stage in the atrium on the
first level of the Bradley Center.
After the game is over everyone
is invited onto the
ice to skate - and of course we are SO there as well!
Last year The Dalby twins, as one might expect, were graceful and
skilled. The boys ... not so much. It did
make for great fun and plentiful photo opportunities, if
nothing else. Let's try it again!

Fête des chants de marins de
Saint-Jean-Port-Joli - Quebec, Canada
– August 16-19, 2012
|
 |
Bounding Main is wildly
excited to announce its next international tour location:
Saint Jean-Port Joli, Quebec, Canada for the large and
well-regarded maritime festival
Fête des chants de marins de Saint-Jean-Port-Joli.
Many of our fellow maritime musical performers have
entertained at this festival and they have all reported back
that this is one of the best maritime events that they have
ever performed at. We are thrilled that there is such
a wonderful festival just on the other side of the Great
Lakes and that we will be a part of the event. There
will be many more details to follow, but for now check out
the information that is
available on their web site at
http://www.chantsmarins.com/default_en.asp?no=890.
