Cyser: Clover Honey Mead made with fresh apple cider.
This cyser is a delicious blend of hard cider and sweet mead
and is great for "dessert" or with chicken/poultry or port
dinners. It also makes a tasty pan sauce or glaze for
pan-cooked pork chops
